What is it made from?

Smooth, suede-finish microfibre made from 85% polyester and 15% polyamide. The outside is striped, and the underside is plain white.

What makes a Zippa different from a normal towel?

It has a front zip. Wrap it around your shoulders, zip it together and free up your hands. When you want to dry off or stretch out, unzip it and use it flat.

Will the zip rust?

The zip is high-quality plastic, so salt water doesn't touch it. Rinse the towel in fresh water when you get home and it'll outlive the car you drove to the beach in.

Can I still use it as a normal towel?

Yes, and that's the whole idea. Unzip it and it lies flat like any other towel.

Does it stay on if I'm actively doing something?

It stays on your shoulders. That's the one thing it absolutely has to do, so it's the one thing we made sure of.

What size should I get?

The Zippa comes in two sizes:

  • L: 90 × 160 cm
  • XL: 100 × 180 cm

Measurements are taken with the towel laid flat. Choose XL for more room to wrap and more space to lounge. If you’re unsure, compare the dimensions with a towel you already own.

Does sand cling to it?

When will my preorder arrive?

Preorder items are dispatched once stock arrives. Our standard preorder window is 4–6 weeks unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page or in your order confirmation. Courier delivery time is additional.

Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items are shipped together when everything is ready. To ask about separate delivery, email support@ziptique.store. An additional delivery charge may apply.

Can I return it?

Yes, if it's unopened and unused, and return shipping is on you. Once a towel has been out the bag and on a beach, we can't resell it, so we can't take it back. But we assure you, you won't want to.
